Best saunas in Clarksville

Clarksville's atlas is a short pair: two curated saunas, both infrared-style. Small list, tight bar, and either is a defensible first booking. The decision comes down to setting and operator rather than format.

One of the two venues runs a cold plunge on site. If the contrast cycle is what you're there for, start with that one. The step into the cold is where the rest actually works.

Both sessions land in the mid-range ($$) band. That makes the decision about operator and setting rather than budget, and either is a defensible spend.

Two places to start: The Sauna & Soak Lounge — Clarksville: The Sauna & Soak Lounge is a veteran-owned infrared sauna and float studio on Madison Street in Clarksville; and The Sauna & Soak Lounge — Trenton: The Sauna & Soak Lounge on Trenton Road in Clarksville books every session in a private suite. That’s the on-ramp. The full ranking sits above.
