What to expect from saunas in Dallas

Dallas has 4 curated saunas across 3 distinct formats: 1 jjimjilbang, 1 steam, and 4 infrared. Jjimjilbang leads the count, but the smaller cohorts are part of why the scene is worth taking seriously. Each format changes what the heat feels like and what you do between rounds.

3 of the 4 saunas here (75% of the list) run a cold plunge on site. If the contrast cycle is what you're turning up for, skew your bookings to those venues. The rest are still worth visiting, they just ask you to bring your own cool-down plan.

On price, Dallas spreads across the range: 2 at mid-range ($$) and 2 at premium ($$$). The centre of gravity is the mid-range ($$) band.
