About
FUME is a sauna zone with a garden in Józefów, where a saunamistrz leads seanse saunowe. Aurora is a Finnish sauna waxed black inside, and Gaja is an outdoor herbal sauna looking onto the garden. There is also a steam bath, a salt-walled bio sauna, an infrared cabin and a cold-water tub.
Good to know
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
- Women-only sauna: the venue has a women's side or room, or runs set women-only sessions.
- Mixed sauna: men and women share the room, in every session or on set days.
- Nude sauna: some or all sessions are taken without swimwear.
