About
The saunarium at Golden Spa, inside Holiday Golden Resort in Łazy, takes day visitors as well as hotel guests. It has a dry sauna, a herbal sauna, a steam room, an ice fountain and a jacuzzi. Saunamistrz-led rituals with scents and essential oils run on themed sauna nights.
Good to know
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
- Hot tub on site: adds a warm-water option between the sauna and the cold plunge for a longer cycle.
- Pairs the sauna with spa services like massage or a scrub, so a session can sit inside a wider visit.
