About
Nlighten is a small infrared sauna studio on Southside Avenue in Hastings-on-Hudson, a short walk from the Metro-North station. Private rooms take one or two people, with colour light therapy and alkaline water. There are no showers, so guests cool down with a lavender washcloth.
