About
Nosta Sauna Lounge in Mission Viejo runs private Finnish sauna rooms with Helo heaters over vulcanite stones. Guests book a 40-minute session, set their own heat and pour löyly, or pick a gentler steam setting. One room can switch to infrared, and a stocked shower follows.
Good to know
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
- Electric stove: quicker to bring up to temperature, easier to control, and what most urban bathhouses run.
