About
Sauna House stands on a plaza in Nordhavn with three saunas: one kept quiet, one for conversation, one darkened for gus. A cold water area faces the waterfront. Guided saunagus led by trained gusmestre is the main offer, and guests can book it without joining.
Good to know
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
- Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
