SaunaStudio is a small saunagus room on Byvej in Hvidovre, on Copenhagen's south-western edge. A gusmester leads rounds of heat with essential oils, sound and breathwork, with a guided ice bath between them. The room seats ten, sessions are booked ahead, and it can also be taken privately.
