About
The Saunarium is an adults-only, swimwear-free sauna zone inside Aquadrom, the Ruda Śląska water park, with its own ticket. It has two large dry saunas, Fest Hica and Sauna Śląska, plus a biosauna, a steam room and a cold plunge. Seanse led by a saunamistrz are included in entry.
Good to know
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Hot tub on site: adds a warm-water option between the sauna and the cold plunge for a longer cycle.
- Pool on site: works alongside the sauna for swim-and-sauna sessions or a longer cool-down between rounds.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
- Nude sauna: some or all sessions are taken without swimwear.
