Termy Poddębice is a geothermal pool complex with two sauna zones, the upper one textile-free. Between them are Finnish, steam and infrared rooms, a saunarium, and a cooling area with a plunge pool and an ice fountain. A programme of seanse runs in the Finnish saunas and steam rooms, from naparzanie to a hammam ritual.
