A wood-fired sauna and cold plunge in the grounds of the West of Scotland Cricket Club in Glasgow's West End. 60-minute public sessions, aufguss rituals led by qualified masters, and memberships for regulars. The outdoor setting with cold dook barrels is surprisingly peaceful for being so central.
