5 Kolde Tæer - Vinterbadere i Guldborg
Guldborg, Denmark
About
5 Kolde Tæer is the winter bathing arm of Guldborgland Bådelaug, on the sound at Guldborg marina. Its sauna sits on a bathing raft at the harbour, next to a changing pavilion. The season runs through the winter, guests are welcome for a single visit, and there is a women's saunagus.
Good to know
- Right on the sea: expect saltwater dips between rounds, cold even in summer.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Set in nature, away from the city, so bring a car or plan the transfer in advance.
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.

Two of the four days have open-ended slots in the club's own wording ("fra kl 9 og et par timer frem", "fra kl 19 -", "fra kl 7 og 3-4 timer frem"), so those are recorded as the club writes them rather than closed off with an invented end time.
