About
Sauna Aquawede is the compact sauna wing of the municipal Aquawede sports pool in southern Bielefeld, run by Bielefelder Bäder on its own sauna ticket. It has a Finnish dry sauna, a hotter log-cabin sauna, a steam bath and a mild light sauna. Outside there is a cooling pool and rest zones.

- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
