About
Baltic Sauna is a wood-fired sauna in a private backyard in Cary, booked whole for three hours at a time. The two-room cabin holds four to six in the hot room, and guests pour their own water on the stones. Outside are a rope-pull cold shower, a gazebo and a fire pit.
Good to know
- Wood-fired heat: softer, heavier löyly than electric, and the smell of the stove is part of the room.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
