About
Bide Sauna sits at Largs Yacht Haven, in the grounds of Largs Sailing Club. The bench faces a window onto the water. Cooling off is your own call: a dook, a cold shower, or simply sitting outside.
Good to know
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Set in nature, away from the city, so bring a car or plan the transfer in advance.
- Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
