A grassroots community sauna in the garden of a Brislington community hub. 2 custom-built Finnish saunas running at 85–100°C, 2 cold plunges, and outdoor seating — a proper hot-cold contrast for £5–£10 a session. Regular trans-only and queer-only sessions reflect a genuine commitment to making sauna culture accessible. No spa frills, just honest heat in a welcoming setting.

Good to know

• Cold plunge available on site — use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
• Set up outdoors — weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
