About
Dharma Sauna is a small room built into a 1930s garden house in central Køge. Bo and Maria run it for saunagus: four rounds of heat, essential oils and herb infusions, cooled by a cold shower and a plunge tub. A private booking takes the whole sauna, up to eight people.
Good to know
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
