Element Wellness is a dedicated contrast therapy centre in Alloa with two saunas (running at 90°C) and four ice baths at varying temperatures. Sessions are one hour long and available on a drop-in or membership basis, designed for athletic recovery and stress management.

Good to know

• Cold plunge available on site — use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
