Fire, Salt & Sea is a Finnish wood-fired sauna on Worthing's pebble beach, housed in a custom-built structure with full-width sea views. Visitors can book drop-in community sessions or private group hires, with the option to cool off in the sea between rounds. The venue operates year-round and welcomes families with children from age five.

Good to know
