About
Frostfire is a sauna and cold plunge studio in downtown Lynchburg, with a routine designed by a physical therapist. Guests move between a traditional sauna and cold plunges in one- or two-hour sessions, with a lounge between rounds. Swimsuits are worn, and robes and towels are provided.

- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
- Mixed sauna: men and women share the room, in every session or on set days.
