A contrast-therapy club in Ao Nang, laid out around a grass lawn with views to the hills. A wood-lined Finnish sauna with Harvia heaters sits beside a dome steam room, an ice bath, a cold plunge and a hot bath. Swimwear is worn, towels are provided and a restaurant serves food between rounds.
