About
Ice House is a contrast-therapy club in a tropical garden in Phra Khanong, Bangkok. Teak ice tubs at 4-6°C sit beside a glass-fronted sauna run at 80-90°C. Visits are two-hour sessions, and staff run beginner classes for first-timers.
Good to know
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Mixed sauna: men and women share the room, in every session or on set days.
- Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
