Loma Sauna House runs a hot-cold circuit on Spruce Street in Cannon Beach. Guests move between a dry cedar sauna, a steam room, a cold plunge and an outdoor lounge with a fire pit. Massage, acupuncture and facials are booked separately, and swimsuits are required.
