About

Loma-Sauna is the sauna landscape at Osnabrück's Nettebad, run by the municipal works. Eight named cabins from a 40-degree steam room to a 95-degree fireplace sauna sit around a rest house, a sauna garden and a brine outdoor pool. Show Aufgüsse are staged in the Tapahtuma event sauna.

Good to know

  • Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
  • Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
  • Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
  • Pool on site: works alongside the sauna for swim-and-sauna sessions or a longer cool-down between rounds.
  • Restaurant on site, so long sessions are the design. Food is part of the visit rather than a stop on the way home.
  • Pairs the sauna with spa services like massage or a scrub, so a session can sit inside a wider visit.
