A bathhouse tucked behind NewQuay Central Park in Docklands, entered from Glenti Place. A two-hour session moves between a 38C magnesium pool, a Nordic sauna, an aromatherapy steam room, an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. A private room adds a ten-person magnesium hot tub, a two-person infrared sauna and a fireplace.
