About
A contrast-therapy club on Koh Tao, set on a rooftop next to a gym. Its wood-fired sauna looks out through a wide window over the jungle hills. A filtered ice bath and a steam room complete the round, and the roof has loungers facing the sunset.
Good to know
- Wood-fired heat: softer, heavier löyly than electric, and the smell of the stove is part of the room.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Rooftop element: at least part of the venue is outdoors at altitude, with views as part of the rest cycle.
