Renew Sauna & Ice Bath is a purpose-built recovery club near Boat Avenue in Bang Tao, Phuket. It has a wooden sauna, a tiled steam room, hot and cold tubs and an outdoor pool. A cafe and bar serves meals and recovery drinks, and entry is for over-16s.
