Sál Sauna is a wood-fired barrel sauna on Ord beach in southern Isle of Skye, offering sessions with views of the Cuillins and the option to take a cold water dip in nearby Loch Eishort or a local river. The venue combines Norse and Gaelic heritage with a focus on wellness and connection to the landscape.
