About
A small private contrast-therapy studio in a suite on Victoria Avenue in central Whanganui, run by two siblings. Each booking gives one or two guests the infrared cabin and a cedar cold plunge to themselves, with the plunge pre-set to one of three temperatures. Towels, tea and electrolytes are included; there is no shower on site.
Good to know
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
