About
SaunaPark Platinium is a saunarium in Kraków with eight saunas, including a ruska bania and a stone sauna. Saunamistrzowie lead a full programme of seanse saunowe in the large show sauna. Between rounds there is a cold plunge pool, a warm hydromassage pool, a jacuzzi and a Kneipp path.
Good to know
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Hot tub on site: adds a warm-water option between the sauna and the cold plunge for a longer cycle.
- Pool on site: works alongside the sauna for swim-and-sauna sessions or a longer cool-down between rounds.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
- Women-only sauna: the venue has a women's side or room, or runs set women-only sessions.
- Mixed sauna: men and women share the room, in every session or on set days.
- Nude sauna: some or all sessions are taken without swimwear.
