About
An adults-only saunarium in an apartment building in southern Kraków, near the Swoszowice spa. Seanse saunowe run in a large event sauna, alongside a biosauna, the very hot Smocza Jama and two steam baths. Guests cool off in a plunge pool and eat in a restaurant open to bathers in robes.
Good to know
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Hot tub on site: adds a warm-water option between the sauna and the cold plunge for a longer cycle.
- Restaurant on site, so long sessions are the design. Food is part of the visit rather than a stop on the way home.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
- Mixed sauna: men and women share the room, in every session or on set days.
- Nude sauna: some or all sessions are taken without swimwear.
