About
Almind-Wellet is the sauna and winter bathing association at Østre Søbad, on the shore of Almindsø outside Silkeborg. Members and guests with a ticket use the sauna and swim from the bathing jetties. It keeps a winter season and runs a saunagus programme through it.

- Direct lake access: most visitors plunge straight into the water between sauna rounds.

- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
