A purpose-built contrast therapy space on North Vancouver's Shipyards waterfront. A large electric sauna seats 20-plus, paired with four cold plunges at two temperatures (2-5°C and a gentler 9-11°C ambient). Sessions are self-guided — cycle between heat, cold, and a heated lounge at your own pace, then wind down on the outdoor patio with kombucha on tap.

Good to know

• Cold plunge available on site — use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
• Electric stove — quicker to bring up to temperature, easier to control, and what most urban bathhouses run.
• Set up outdoors — weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
• Bar on premises — drinks alongside (or after) the session; the venue isn't dry like most outdoor sauna setups.
• Urban venue — sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake, so you can fit a session into a day in town.
