A large electric sauna seats 20-plus, paired with four cold plunges at two temperatures (2-5°C and a gentler 9-11°C ambient). Sessions are self-guided — cycle between heat, cold, and a heated lounge at your own pace, then wind down on the outdoor patio with kombucha on tap.
