About
Galicia's sulphur springs feed a thermal circuit at Cuntis, with indoor and outdoor pools and a separate heat suite. The Vital Club holds a Finnish sauna, steam stoves, a jacuzzi and an ice cabin. Passes are timed, and the buildings sit in parkland along the Gallo river.
Good to know
- Pool on site: works alongside the sauna for swim-and-sauna sessions or a longer cool-down between rounds.
- Hot tub on site: adds a warm-water option between the sauna and the cold plunge for a longer cycle.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Pairs the sauna with spa services like massage or a scrub, so a session can sit inside a wider visit.
- A historic sauna with heritage worth the trip on its own, whether the building, the tradition, or both.
- Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
