About
An Australian-inspired neighbourhood bathhouse in Walthamstow, with two large Finnish saunas: one for conversation, one silent. Three ice baths are stepped at 10, 7 and 5°C. Sessions run 55 minutes with tea and showers included, and a breathwork and yoga studio is due in 2026.

- Mixed sauna: men and women share the room, in every session or on set days.
- Nude sauna: some or all sessions are taken without swimwear.
- Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
