About
Ash & Sage is a contrast-therapy studio in the Gateway Village courtyard in Melissa, run by a local family. The shared Open Suite has a traditional sauna, a cold plunge, a hot soaking pool and red light panels. A private suite with its own sauna and cold plunge takes up to four people.
