About
Two wood-fired sauna suites on separate floors in Rain am Lech, taking up to eight and up to twelve people, each with its own changing room, rest room, showers and cooling terrace. The ground-floor suite has a bucket shower, the upper one runs Russian banja-style Aufgüsse. Bavarian beer and hot food are served alongside.
Good to know
- Bar on premises: drinks alongside (or after) the session, and the venue isn't dry like most outdoor sauna setups.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
- Wood-fired heat: softer, heavier löyly than electric, and the smell of the stove is part of the room.
