Bliss is a contrast-therapy studio on the third floor of Hillside Condo 4, near Nimman in Chiang Mai. It has two saunas, two herbal steam rooms and an ozone-filtered ice bath, with a stretching area between rounds. Sessions run two hours, with tea, towels and sarongs provided.
