About
The Mona Vale branch of the City Cave franchise on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Private infrared sauna rooms are booked in 45-minute sessions, with float tanks and remedial or relaxation massage available in the same centre and free parking on site.
Good to know
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
- Urban venue: it sits inside the city rather than at a coast or lake. A session fits into a day in town.
