A wood-fired sauna and hot-tub garden on the Refshaleøen waterfront, where you stoke the fire yourself. Cooling off is a plunge tub or the harbour itself, and private bookings add a group sauna and a hot-tub boat you can sail around the city. Industrial, slightly anarchic, and entirely about heat and cold water.

• Mixed sauna: men and women share the room, in every session or on set days.
• Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
