About
Fast & Fit is a recovery centre on the third floor of a building on Soi Sukhumvit 32, near Thong Lo. Two infrared sauna cabins pair with ice baths set to 10°C, 5°C or 2°C. Red light, oxygen chamber and cupping sessions sit alongside.
Good to know
