About
A barrel sauna and 4 cold plunge tubs in a parking lot off Broadway and Manitoba, more inviting than it sounds. 105-minute communal sessions, with a fireplace lounge for warming up between rounds. Rotating art and community programming give it the feel of a neighbourhood hub that happens to have a sauna.
Good to know
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
