Gotta Sauna is an infrared sauna studio on North 19th Street in Mattoon, with a sister studio in Charleston. Each guest has a private suite with a lie-down infrared pod that keeps the head outside and has a vibrating bed. Most people sauna in shorts and a T-shirt.
