Klädesholmens Bastu
Klädesholmen, Sweden
About
Klädesholmens Bastuförening built a sauna on the rocks at Jungfruviken, facing west over the water towards Flatholmen. The building is step-free, with showers, changing rooms and a kitchen area. A seawater tub on the deck is filled cold, and both members and non-members can book.
Good to know
- Right on the sea: expect saltwater dips between rounds, cold even in summer.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Set in nature, away from the city, so bring a car or plan the transfer in advance.
- Bookable as a private session: rent the room for your group rather than sharing with strangers.
