About
Lowlu's Wandsworth site sits at The Padel Yard. A social sauna and a silent sauna run at different temperatures, with cold plunges between them. Sessions are short and app-booked, built for a quick contrast reset rather than a lingering spa day.
Good to know
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
- Swimwear sauna: some or all sessions are taken in swimwear, so pack it.
