Pålsjöbaden is a city-run cold bathhouse on Helsingborg's shore promenade, with separate nude sides for women and men. Each side has a dry sauna and a moist one, and a glassed-in cafe looks out over Öresund. Aufguss and silent-sauna sessions run through the colder half of the year.
