Råå Kallbadhus
Råå, Sweden

About
Råå Kallbadhus stands on the Öresund shore south of Helsingborg, with Ven and the Danish coast in view. The Rååbadarna association keeps a women's side and a men's side, each with its own sauna building. A mixed section sits between them, and an aufguss programme runs on both sides.
Good to know
- Runs aufguss sessions: a guided löyly ritual where an attendant fans the steam around the room on a schedule.
- Cold plunge available on site: use it between rounds for the classic contrast cycle.
- Right on the sea: expect saltwater dips between rounds, cold even in summer.
- Set up outdoors: weather is part of the experience, so dress for the walk between cabin and water.
