About
RECESS is a Griffintown thermal station built for the contrast ritual. A roughly 50-seat sauna, a cold plunge and a quiet relaxation lounge, run as 75-minute booked sessions, guided or free-flow. Showers, lockers and a tea station make it an in-and-out city reset rather than a destination spa.
