Housed in a historic bow-truss laundry building in Old North Knoxville on Jennings Ave, with exposed brick and tall industrial windows. Saunas run around 185°F with steam-on-rocks, paired with 45-50°F cold plunges and heated outdoor furniture for the in-between rounds. Massage menu attached.
