Steam and Salt operates two Nordic-inspired wood-fired saunas on the lower promenade of Longsands Beach in Tynemouth. Sessions include access to panoramic beach views and optional cold-water contrast therapy in the North Sea; visitors book hourly slots and can cool down between sauna rounds.
